About Me

My name is Katy McCormick, RN, BSN, and I have been a nurse for 12 years. Over the course of my career, I have worked in several areas of nursing and have seen firsthand how broken and overwhelming the healthcare system can feel for patients and their families.

I know I cannot fix the entire system, but I realized I can make a difference one person at a time. That is why I created The Perfect Nursing Group. My goal is to bring compassionate, personalized, high quality care directly to the people who need it most in the comfort of their homes.

I am here to help people heal, feel supported, get better, and manage ongoing illnesses or chronic health conditions. Caring for others is my passion, and helping you or your loved one feel safe and supported is truly an honor.

Your journey begins with a seamless, concierge-level onboarding experience designed to ensure every detail of your care is handled with precision, compassion, and expertise.

This includes:
• A full in-home nursing assessment
• Creation of a customized care plan tailored to your personal health goals
• Complete chart setup and organization of all medical records
• Your first three in-home nursing visits

This one-time fee establishes your care foundation and sets the standard for the elevated, personalized service you’ll receive moving forward.
